How we worked this out: we take the hours you enter and apply a conservative time saving for each job, based on small businesses we've trained in Thanet. Capped at 8 hours a week. For comparison, UK small business owners say admin takes about 11 hours of their week (American Express and Small Business Saturday UK, July 2026).
